Grapes: Nebbiolo

Character: Nuanced, dense with dark fruit blackberries, black cherries and plums, overtones of slightly withered rose and violet petals and spices.

Goes well with:
Excellent with cold cuts, cheese, baked vegetables, beef and chicken, rich seafood dishes

About the wine:  Nebbiolo 100%, coming from vineyards in the hill of Barbaresco in Neive including Curra & Fausoni. Clay soils with sand. Maceration takes place in stainless steel for 20-25 days the wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrique, 12 months in French oak barrel
