Character: Red plum, red currant, black cherry, asian spices, and white pepper.

Goes well with: Excellent with beef, game and cheeses. 

About the wine: Woodcutter's Shiraz utilizes grapes from Marananga, Greenock, Seppeltsfield, Gomersal, Moppa, Lyndoch, and Ebenezer sub regions of Barossa to create a beautifully satasfying, rich, full bodied red wine. The wine spends 12 months in well-seasoned hogsheads (225L oak barrels) and Foudre.
