Character: : Fruity and very fresh with notes of citrus, white fleshed pear and elderflower with a bright acidity

Goes well with: Excellent as an aperitif or with light fish and delicate spring dishes like asparagus.

About the wine:  100% Sauvignon Blanc from the steep vineyards of Südsteiermark. The soil is rich in quartz and limestone. The wine is naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks.
