Character: Nuanced, spicy flavor with an oak character with hints of cherries, licorice, roses, dark plum, rose hips, tobacco, and bitter orange.

Goes well with:
Excellent with savory meat dishes, mushroom dishes and most type of cheese.

About the wine:  .Aging for at least 2 years, of which at least 9 months in oak, giving great character and aromatic complexity. Wine with garnet red color.  the mouth it is full-bodied and reveals its aging in a harmonious and velvety way.
