Ricasoli Rocca Guiccarda

Grapes: 90% sangiovese, 5% merlot och 5% canaiolo

Character: The aroma is medium-bodied, fresh and elegantly cherry-fruited with a fine note of roasted coffee and vanilla from the oak barrels, in addition with a slight Mediterranean spiciness. 

Goes well with: Excellent with beef, lamb and veal dishes.

About the wine: The taste is medium-bodied, elegantly fruity and fresh with a good and well-balanced structure, long and with a slightly roasted nuance of the oak barrels. Chianti Classico, just south of Florence in Tuscany. Classico means that the grapes are grown in the central parts of the Chianti area.
