Ricasoli Albia Rosè

Grapes: 80% sangiovese och 20% merlot.

Character: The color is pale pink and crystal clear, the aroma medium-sized and both berry and floral in a charming and strikingly elegant style. 

Goes well with: Excellent with appetizers, pasta dishes and and vegetarian dishes.

About the wine: The taste is light, smoothly textured and fresh with a delicious fruitiness that tends towards red berries, completely dry and with a pleasantly fruity and elegant aftertaste. Vineyard soils vary greatly but all are strewn with stony fragments adding mineral richness. In stainless steel at controlled temperature of 12°C-16°C for 25/30 days.
