Character: Fruity, very fresh flavor with notes of green apples, gooseberries, pear, honey, mineral, and lime. Fresh and fruity finish.

Goes well with: Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif, with salads or with dishes of fish and seafood.

About the wine: Loimer Lenz Riesling is an organic, fresh and fruity white wine from Lower Austria.  100% Riesling from vineyards around Langelois where the soil consists of porous and gneiss-rich soils. Vinification by macerating the grapes for 4 hours, followed by fermentation on the grapes' natural yeast for 8-12 weeks at a temperature of 20°C. The wine is then left to rest on its lees for 2 months before bottling.
