Character: Hugel Gewürztraminer Classic is a grapey and floral white wine from Alsace. Noticeably floral with a typical grape flavor where we sense a slight sweetness in the spiciness. Hints of cardamom, ginger, mango, passion fruit, roses and jasmine. An elegant and sophisticated wine with charm on the finish.

Goes well with: Goes well with grilled fish and seafood dishes, flavorful cheeses or preferably something inspired by Asian cuisine. Best served at 8°C.

About the wine: Hugel Gewürztraminer Classic consists of 100% Gewürztraminer that are hand-picked from logs that have grown in the area's typical limestone-rich clay soils. After the grapes are pressed, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 18 - 24 ° C.
