About the wine: Founder Apolline Henriot wanted to pay tribute to nature through a vintage champagne, Henriot Millésime. This wine is an interpretation of a singular year, the reflection of the terroirs characteristic of that year, according to the Maison. Henriot Millésime 2014 is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from Premier and Grand Crus in Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims (Trépail, Verzy, Verzenay, Avenay in Montagne de Reims and Avize, Vertus in Côte des Blancs). The wine spends at least 8 years aging before its release and has a dosage of 5g/L.
