Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

Character: Complex, very fresh, dominated by cirtus notes with a velvety texture and a long mineral finish.

Goes well with:
Excellent as an aperitif, or with white fish or seafood dishes.

About the wine: Striving to enlighten the entire expression of Chardonnay, Maison Henriot crafts a Champagne with the art of blending at its core. Henriot Blanc de Blancs is a multi-vintage blend exclusievely from Henriot’s Chardonnay vineyards in the famous Côte des Blancs. Depending on the year, the proportion of these crus may vary.The wine consists of 30 to 50% reserve wine.  The dosage is 7g/L and and the wine is aged three years in the cellar before release.
