Grapes: Barbera and Dolcetto

Character:  Fruity, very fresh flavor with notes of redcurrants, strawberries, watermelon, peach, and blood orange. 

Goes well with: Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif or with dishes of fish or chicken, especially salads.

About the wine: The soils from which the grapes of this cuvée come are mainly calcareous and clayey soils, which give rise to light, round and fresh wines, with complex bouquet. Typical rosé vinification that involves a short maceration on the skins following with fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
