Character: Nuanced, spicy flavor with an oak character with hints of cherries, roses, cinnamon, rose hips, nuts and bitter orange.

Goes well with:
Excellent with savory meat dishes and most type of cheese.

About the wine:  The Langhe is located in the southern part of Piedmont. The name means "tongues of the land", and refers to the elongated hills, often with very steep sides that run parallel to each other in order to form numerous valleys. Typical red vinification with fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
