About the wine:  Solo Enzo is a Piedmont DOC Rosso, produced through a careful and gentle winemaking process using organic Barbera grapes, which make up 85% of the blend, and complemented by other eligible red varieties. This wine is produced through a careful red vinification, with a 10-day maceration with daily pump-overs to ensure optimal extraction of color, flavor and tannins. The wine undergoes natural malolactic fermentation immediately after the alcoholic fermentation, resulting in a balanced and harmonious profile. The wine makeing uses no oak, only stainless steel which stays true to thevessence of Piedmont: fresh and crispy.
