Character: Black fruits, blackberry jam.

Goes well with: Excellent with bird, duck and cheeses. 

About the wine: Vinification in closed concrete vats. The grapes are destemmed and vatted for around 3 weeks to polymerize the tannins. Only free-run wine is then used to make this wine. Aged in vats for 14 to 16 months.
