About the wine: The wine is a Blancs de Blanc because it is a blend of the three green grapes; xarel.lo, macabeu, and parellada from the vineyard; Vinya del Llac. The vineyard is located in a northerly direction and the soil consists of rocky clay soils. A small amount of Malvasia from Sitges is now also included to give the wine additional acidity and complexity. The wine is produced in the traditional method, which means that the second fermentation takes place in the bottle.
