Character: Jeio Organic Brut is a dry white sparkling wine from Prosecco. The wine is organic. Fruity taste with hints of gray pear, yellow apples, honeydew melon, elderberry and citrus. In addition, a fresh, mineral-rich finish. The color is a beautiful pale yellow with lively bubbles.

Goes well with: Suitable as an aperitif, with elegant pasta dishes, or with seafood. 

About the wine: For a prosecco to get its bubbles, the second fermentation takes place in tank. It is then aged for 18-24 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The wine is classified as Prosecco Superiore, which means that the grapes come from the steep mountain slopes around DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The producer Bisol has a long history that goes back to the middle of the 16th century.
