Bisol Crede

Grapes: Glera/Prosecco 

Character: Dry white sparkling wine from Valdobbiadene, Prosecco. Fruity, youthful flavor with hints of pears, apples, citrus and some florality. In addition, a fresh finish.

Goes well with: Suitable as an appetizer, with elegant pasta dishes, or with seafood. 

About the wine: For a prosecco wine to get its bubbles, the second fermentation takes place in tank. In prosecco, clay is called Crede and it is the steep slopes with their clay-rich soils that give the wine its name. The producer Bisol cherishes its origins, and has a history that goes back to the mid-16th century.
