Bisol Cartizze
Bisol Cartizze
Grapes: Glera/Prosecco
Character: Dry white sparkling wine from Cartizze, Prosecco. Nuanced and abundant flavor in fresh style. Hints of pear, peach, green apples, herbs and orange. In addition, a fresh finish. The color is beautifully pale light yellow with lively bubbles.
Goes well with: Suitable as an appetizer, with elegant pasta dishes, or with seafood.
About the wine: For a prosecco wine to get its bubbles, the second fermentation takes place in tank. The Cartizze area is located outside Valdobbiadene, and its amphitheater shape provides plenty of wind to cool the grapes. The soil is a mixture of sand and clay. An elegant expression of an exclusive prosecco from the highly recognized producer Bisol, whose history dates back to the mid-16th century.
