Grapes: 66% Pinot Noir, 43% Chardonnay

Character: Complex, very fresh, with notes of nuts and stone fruits, crepe dough, and citrus zest. A long, persistent finish marked by freshness and minerality.

Goes well with:
Excellent as an aperitif, with civiche or pata negra ham.

About the wine: Vintage 2016 is a blend comprised of 43% Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, and 66% Grand Cru Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. The wine is fermented at a low-temperature 75% in stainless steel and 25% in oak casks. The wine is aged on the lees for 64 months. The wine has an 1.9 g/L dosage.
