About the wine: Le Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is comprised of 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly,
Cramant, and Mesnil-sur-Oger. The wine is fermented at a low-temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine uses 20-50% reserve wines and is aged on the lees for 5 years. The wine has an Extra-Brut dosage.
