A Step Above in Chablis
The first winegrowers in the Fèvre family were in Chablis in the early 1750s and worked hard to improve and expand the estate while promoting the area as a source of the best wines. In 1998, Maisons & Domaines Henriot bought the winery and the estate. Since then, they have continued on the same path and also began a conversion to biodynamic farming in 2015, which has been completed for several years now. Today, William Fèvre is one of the most well-established and recognized producers in the region, largely thanks to its holdings of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards.
