Cuvage was founded in 2011 in Acqui Terme, in the province of Alessandria. A city and province known for its hot springs and Italian sparkling wine. Cuvée and perlage are two key elements in the production of sparkling wine. It is from their connection that Cuvage was born. Proud of its origins in Piedmont, the focus is on native grapes such as Nebbiolo and Cortese, complemented by international grapes. Cuvage was founded to emphasize a unique terroir and to honor the cradle of first-class Italian sparkling wines. At Cuvage, everything from high-class Alta Langa to award-winning Moscato d’Asti is produced. Through the brand Acquesi, Cuvage has won the award for the world’s best Moscato d’Asti.
