Collection: Can Sumoi

About 600 meters above sea level in northeastern Spain lies Can Sumoi in the Penedès area. This is the project of childhood friends Pepe Raventós and Francesc Escalas, aimed at preserving and highlighting the classic methods and grape varieties that this unique landscape possesses. With a philosophy of minimal intervention in winemaking and a focus on natural aids such as spontaneously fermented must and horses that aerate the soil in the vineyard, they create wines with a clear address and unique character linked to history and origin.
