Character: : Fresh, typical grape character with notes of pear, citrus fruit,
pepper, herbs and a fine minerality

Goes well with: Excellent as an aperitif or with light fish and seafood dishes.

About the wine:  Hand-harvested grapes are pressed in whole bunches, after which the wine is left to ferment naturally in temperature-controlled tanks. Before bottling, the wine is aged for some time on its lees to give it additional complexity and structure.
