Character: : Fruity and very fresh with notes of lemon zest, fresh apricot, oranges and wild flowers.  

Goes well with: Excellent as an aperitif or with light fish and seafood dishes.

About the wine:  100% riesling from vineyards in Kamptal. The soil consists mainly of gneiss-rich soils but also of a small part of porous stone soils. Vinification by maceration of the skins for 4 hours, then fermentation on the natural yeast of the grapes for 8-12 weeks at a maximum temperature of 20°C. The wine is then left to rest on its lees in steel tanks for 2 months before bottling.
