Grapes: 100% Riesling.

Character: A fresh and fruity white wine from Alsace. Nuanced, very fresh taste with hints of green apples and white peach as well as floral notes of lilies and acacia. A well-structured wine with clear minerality.

Goes well with: Excellent with rich dishes, gratinated seafood and light meat. Best served at 10°C.

About the wine: The grapes are hand-picked from vines growing in limestone-rich clay soils in and around Riquewihr and Schoenenbourg. This gives the wines a distinct minerality and clear terroir identity. After the grapes are pressed, the wine ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 18 - 24°C.
