Character: Chapoutier Belleruche Rouge is a fruity and flavorful red wine from the Rhone Valley with a beautiful deep red color. The aroma offers clear hints of raspberries, black currants and white pepper. The taste is intense with lightly roasted notes and clear features of red berries. In addition, a soft and silky tannin structure. 

Goes well with: Excellent with lamb and veal dishes and served at 16-18 °

About the wine: The wine consists mainly of grenache with a small amount of syrah. 
Vinification takes place in large concrete and steel tanks where the wine is pumped over daily for 4 weeks to obtain maximum expression. The wine is then left to mature for 6 months in concrete and steel tanks.
