Character: Balanced, fruity character with hints of ripe red berries, vanilla, cherries and blackcurrants. The fruity flavor culminates in a long and fresh finish. 

Goes well with:
Excellent with cured cheeses, red meat, and game.

About the wine: The grapes come from different farms in the south and north of Mallorca on Call Vermell, the name popularly given in Mallorca to the loamy soils. The vines are aged between 20 and 45 years. 4 Kilos practices a very respectful agriculture with the environment and with minimal intervention. The vineyards of 4 Kilos have a mild Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and little rainfall. After the manual harvest, a selection of the grapes is done and fermentation of each plot is carried out separately, in stainless steel and wooden vats of 2500 litres at a temperature of between 20 and 30 ° C. 4 kilos is then aged in medium toasted oak barrels of 600 litres from Alier for 12 months.
