Produktserie: Marie-Ange Cornette

The domain was founded in 1590 and has been passed on from generation to generation. It is located in Maligny and today it is Jean-Francois who manages the property. They own 16 hectares of vineyards in Petit Chablis and Chablis, as well as a small part of the premier cru site Fourchaume. All wines are aged and fermented in steel tanks except for their Grand Cru Vaudésir which has been aged in large oak barrels.

The vineyard is located on the right side of the Serein River with a south/southeast exposure. Here you will find the classic Kimmeridgian soil that is so typical of Chablis, with its maritime origin and hints of saltiness and minerality.
