Hajszan Neumann produces natural, authentic wines with a distinctive soul from a unique metropolitan terroir in Vienna. Although many people think that wineries in a metropolis are surprising, it has been a long tradition in Vienna. Hajszan Neumann has its focus in Nussberg and the Grinzing district. They produce many critically acclaimed single-vineyard wines and the Vienna-typical blend Wiener Gemischter Satz. With 20ha of vineyards, Stafan Hajszan became the first to produce Wiener Gemischter Satz biodynamically in a refined and elegant style. Today, the vineyard and vineyards are well established with Fritz Wieninger, who, having apprenticed in the biodynamic approach with Stefan Hajszan, continues to produce this cultural benchmark wine.
