Based in Épernay, Gaston Burtin is a long-established Champagne house with deep roots in the region. In close collaboration with Viinitie, the house created Le Bullet, a modern Champagne launched in 2020. Inspired by the barn swallow, a symbol of freedom and hope, Le Bullet reflects both the elegance of Champagne and a spirit of celebration.
Burtin’s extensive cellars stretch over 15 kilometers beneath Épernay, where wines mature for several years before release. Reserve wines are carefully preserved in traditional cement tanks and play a key role in maintaining house style and consistency. All bottles are aged under crown cap, with rigorous quality control throughout the production process.
