Modern Chablis, grounded in tradition.

In the heart of Chablis, Domaine de l’Enclos represents a new generation rooted in deep family tradition. Founded in 2016 by brothers Romain and Damien Bouchard, the estate builds on decades of vineyard heritage, with parcels planted by their grandparents across some of Chablis’ most prized sites. Farming organically across all four Chablis appellations, from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru, the focus is firmly in the vineyard, where meticulous work and living soils set the foundation for everything that follows.  In the cellar, the philosophy is deliberately minimal: indigenous yeasts, gentle extraction and long ageing on lees, allowing each parcel to speak with clarity and precision. The result is Chablis with both energy and depth their wines that balance ripe fruit with the unmistakable mineral tension of the region.
