It didn’t take long for Fred Loimer to realize that he would follow in his father’s footsteps as a winemaker but on his own terms. Fred took over the vineyard in 1998 and has since continued to produce a clear and unique style with joy and balance at the forefront. Now, Fred strives for innovation and quality through biodynamic and natural wines, and he is one of the initiators of the sustainability organization Biodyn-Respekt.
