4Kilos was founded by Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero, with the aim to preserve and highlight Mallorca's indigenous grape varieties, doing so in a natural and gentle way with as little impact in the processes as possible while having razor-sharp precision in the execution and choice of methods. On the sun-drenched island of Mallorca, 4Kilos produces wines that can sometimes make you think you have ended up in the cool climate of Beaujolais, the wines are characterized by low alcohol, elegance and typicity.
